POWER 30

Your fitness should enhance your life, not consume it. Power 30 is our semi-private lifting session designed for adults who want smarter results in less time. With a strict 4:1 client-to-coach ratio, we focus on progressive strength and mobility work that actually transfers to real life. It’s personal training intensity packed into an efficient 30-minute window.
